I have put together a list of the travel items that I always have in one of my two carry-ons.

To break it down, I need to make sure I have entertainment, products to help with my anxiety and help cool me off, as well as carrying cases.
I will always bring a backpack and then a shoulder, carry-on bag. Inside the backpack (it is a laptop backpack, that I have linked in the above LTK It link), I will carry my laptop and laptop charger, as well as my cooling air-conditioned fan (as I keep it in its case to not get ruined and it is easier to carry in the backpack). I will also have a notebook, my Word search puzzles, as well as my highlighters, and medicines readily available in my backpack.
In my carry-on bag, I will include a see-through case that contains my contacts, a travel toothbrush set, as well as medicine. This is two-fold: the clear case helps through security, as well as, if I am checking in luggage (which I normally do) and it happens to get lost, I will have all my medicine and contacts in one location. In addition to my clear bag, I also include my extra phone charger battery pack, my phone charger, a pack of masks, my migraine stick, my Equilibria CBD (which you can get $20 off with code REFAMANDABROSKIE), as well as my cheap travel fan (I will switch between my air-conditioned travel fan and my cheaper travel fan...I get anxiety, so this is nonnegotiable for me to stay cool as I travel). The last two items I will take in my carry-on is a foot hammock for the plane (it is a silly little item I bought, but I honestly love it! You just put it on the tray table in front of you, and can prop your feet up!), as well as my plane clip for my phone. This plane clip clips into the tray table in front of you, so you can watch your shows and movies without having to hold your phone.
