As you may or may not know, I have anxiety, which has made me a huge advocate for mental health and I am a huge advocate for being open and honest about mental health and getting rid of the stereotype to not talk about it. Going off of that, I know that mental health, at least for me, goes hand in hand with occasionally being a homebody, surrounded by my creature comforts. Whether it is for you, or for somebody you are close with, I created a gift guide for those in our lives who are mental health warriors, advocates, or even just more of a homebody and crave comfortability.

-I also went ahead and created a list on my Amazon storefront, which can be found here. On this list, I have linked a few adult coloring books (which has been shown to decrease anxiety), mugs, movie, and phone projectors, calming sound machines, as well as star projectors (amongst other stuff, and all products I own and can personally vouch for!).
