Each year I always set out aspirations for myself, such as continuing to work on reducing my anxiety, becoming more confident in my work and everything that I do, things like that. I also like to put broad travel goals out into the world, as well as create specific, small, attainable goals (also known as SMART goals). I am going to write them all down in my blog for my own reference, as well as for whoever is reading this to get inspiration for your own goals!
